20-year company anniversary
Daniel Will and Birgit Schmidt have set new standards at IMPREG with their 20 years of service. They have thus joined the ranks and caught up with the current top trio around Tino & Heiko Gerlach (a little longer) and Robert Papp (from 2000 – 2022).
Birgit Schmidt
Birgit Schmidt has been with our successful company and helped to form the history of IMPREG almost from the beginning (foundation in 1999). On May 1, 2003, she began her professional career at IMPREG as a commercial employee in the accounting department in Deckenpfronn. She successfully accompanied this post until 12/2017.
On January 1, 2018, she moved to our HR department for personnel management as well as HRM in Ammerbuch. With the opening of our second production site in Gärtringen (2020), she also moved to Gärtringen and is the contact person for our employees therer.
Daniel Will
Daniel Will joined Team IMPREG just one month after Birgit Schmidt – on June 1, 2003, making him an important part of IMRPEG’s successful history. At the plant in Deckenpfronn, which was the location at that time, he was responsible for order processing, production control and quality assurance. Furthermore, logistics, data analysis as well as website maintenance were large parts of his tasks.
Due to his versatility, but also his high commitment, he was promoted to authorized signatory and to the management on 01.01.2009. He was significantly involved in the planning and development of our production site in China (2016 – 2017) and successfully contributed his experience and expertise.
Today, he is not only well known at IMPREG, but throughout the entire sewer rehabilitation industry. Thus, his reputation not only precedes him, he is also an important figurehead of our entire IMPREG Group. Today, he continues to serve on the management board and is the department head of Research & Development, QA and Production with primary responsibility.

At the end of 2020, another five loyal employees already celebrated their 10-year company anniversary at IMPREG. The lasting faithfulness of our employees is an important part of our philosophy “Focus on employees”, which is why such honors make us particularly proud. As a result, we continue to strive to ensure that we can honor many more employees on Team IMPREG.
Therefore, we would like to thank Birgit Schmidt and Daniel Will once again for their 20 years of loyalty and valuable contributions to our successful story! We are already looking forward to the next (20) years with you both – thank you!
