We are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-tech CIPP liner systems for UV-curing. Since those early days 40 years ago, through our innovative solutions we have made a decisive contribution to the position of trenchless pipe rehabilitation as a rehabilitation technology which is used worldwide today.
Innovative Technology: IMPREG sets the standard. Our high-tech CIPP liners put us at the forefront worldwide, especially for dimensions between DN 1200 and DN 2000.
The GL 16 is the newest outstanding innovation in a long series of milestones.
IMPREG liners are provided with specially developed impregnations, and are cured using UV light. The decisive advantage: We are able to perform a pipe rehabilitation much more quickly than using conventional processes.
A further important advantage, especially for the trouble-free implementation of construction activities: IMPREG liners are stable to storage for up to 3 months at normal temperatures around 25º C, without additional cooling.
You expect outstanding quality from IMPREG. And rightly so. For our IMPREG liners, we use exclusively high-quality, tested raw products and materials. After rehabilitation installing an IMPREG liner, pipe systems are securely protected for decades to come. Even under the most demanding loadings.
For our IMPREG liners we use a high-tech material made from special glass fibres. This plastic, reinforced with glass fibres, is permanently resistant to corrosion, and possesses the optimum properties:
We leave nothing to chance: IMPREG liners are impregnated with innovative resin systems in our own works under strictly controlled conditions, to the most current quality standards. That is how we ensure consistently high quality and the very best material parameters for our CIPP liners. Furthermore, we simultaneously protect the environment, because no chemicals need to be handled on the construction site.

… our IMPREG liners have a yellow patented outer foil. This foil guarantees secure protection from external UV radiation, and therefore from premature curing. It also protects from damage during transport, storage, and insulation.
… the inner foil, which functions as a calibration foil and remains in the liner until the end of the curing process. The inner and outer foils are deliberately slightly overextended during the installation, and so a completely smooth and friction-free surface is created on the inside of the pipe.
Both foils are made up of multiple layers of PA and PE, and were specially developed for use in our IMPREG liners.
IMPREG CIPP liners come well packed in a specially made, stable transport box made from wood. The inside of the transport box is additionally lined with a UV-resistant foil which provides a further protection against premature curing.
If requested, we can also use wood treated to IPPC standards to construct the transport boxes. Our experienced team can provide support at any time with customs clearance and import into the destination country.
What we pay particular attention to. Starting with the selection of the raw materials for the production of our pipe liners, and all the way to the rehabilitation tasks themselves, in everything we do we ensure the highest quality and perfect execution. Only in this way can we fulfil our claim to be the world’s leading supplier for trenchless pipe rehabilitation using CIPP liners.
We are not satisfied with what we have achieved, but instead we continually monitor our operating processes, products, and proposals. Always with the goal of becoming even better or developing an even better solution. We measure ourselves both against our own strict internal directives and against external audits to international standards.
